Hello, I had a troubling experience with
the Tarrant County DA's office. A little more than 2 years ago, I was raped by a staff sergeant in the Marine Corps, stationed
at the Joint Reserve base here in our lovely city. Because my rapist and I had known each other prior to this assault, and
had had a prior relationship, the Tarrant County DA's office dismissed my case and refused to prosecute this man based on
a "lack of evidence". They never contacted me at all before making this decision. Also, if Tim Curry's office had done their
homework, they would have known that this rapist was also being investigated in (another) County for the rape of a 16 year
old girl. (He was 27 at the time). I decided to go a step further and took my case to the military. Long story
short, he was court martialed, and convicted of sexual assault by the military judge. He was sentenced to 22 months in the
brig. He has since been released, and is a registered sex offender with the state. He was recently arrested and is currently
awaiting indictment because he waited 82 days after his release to register...a second felony. Surely if the military attorneys
can build a case, doesn't it stand to reason that the Tarrant county DA could do the same? Additionally, this rapist was
convicted of having sex with the 16 year old girl at the court martial as well. They called it "adultery". Tim Curry
should have done more for me as a 20+ years resident of Tarrant County, and a taxpayer. His office failed me by doing NOTHING
about putting a criminal where he belongs, behind bars. Sincerely, (name withheld)

Curry's Office Threatens VICTIM!
"The girl, now 18, says
she has tried on more than one occasion to have the charges dropped, but that each time, the prosecutor's office has threatened
to charge her with filing a false arrest report, and she has backed down." More Curry Corruption
Is anyone starting to get the feeling this guy (Curry) is a flake?

Curry's Office Won't Prosecute Jailers!
Curry refuses
to prosecute jailers caught red-handed selling drugs. What sort of hypocrisy is that? Charges Dismissed
Facts just keep piling up against 'ol Tim. Time for a new leader.

Unequal Justice -- In Tarrant County, the ability to afford
an attorney is often the difference between serving a sentence behind bars or out in the community, a Star-Telegram analysis
has found Star-Telegram Report
Curry Doesn't Care
"Let me make it clear from the start that I'm not advocating for these scumbags. I don't
even care if they are in jail or not. Those scumbags have rights, but it's not my job to protect those rights," Curry said.

Another Story About Tim's Lies
DA Tim Curry is just plain
deceptive on his claim of 90%+ conviction rate. If you can't trust him to tell the truth, how can you trust him in a court
of law? Tim's Turkey Award
It's the 4th story down.
