Feel free to
drop us a line. Shout@mrtimcurry.com I found Wednesday's debate to be rather interesting. And revealing. Old Tim had a comment on Mrs. Moore's representation
of a high-profile sex offender, as if she should not have represented him. This is striking because it is as if Tim
doesn't think this defendant should have had a good defense attorney. What, should only new, inexperienced attorneys
represent alleged child molesters? Why, to make it easier for Tarrant County to secure a conviction? Are Tim's
guys not good enough to face Terri? Is that why Tarrant County had to settle for a plea bargain? I've said this
before, and I'll say it again: in my opinion, Mrs. Moore represented that person to ensure he had a fair trial. That's
what any attorney's job is; to make sure a person's rights are not trampled, and that they get a fair trial. Without
good defense attorneys, the State would be able to send whomever they wanted to prison. Defense attorneys are simple
a check and balance in the legal system. Everyone is entitled to one, and this guy just happened to be able to afford
one of the best.

Feel free to drop
Tim a line. Tim Curry, District Attorney Tarrant County Justice Center 401 West Belknap Street Fort Worth TX 76196 817-838-4613
Phone 817-838-4616 Fax Working for us, the citizens, at $175,000 per year, he can afford a few minutes of your time. You
might also try tcurry@tarrantcounty.com. Not sure if that's a good address, or even if Tim's 'hip' to e-mail. You can e-mail
webmaster@tarrantycounty.com, and they'll get to him. Of course, if anyone has Tim's e-mail address... Here's a Texas Senate
Resolution praising Terri Moore, likely candidate for Tarrant County District Attorney in 2006. Appears our elected officials
down in Austin hold Mrs. Moore in pretty high regard. Senate
Resolution 550
It's going to be interesting to hear all the bad things Tim's going to say about Mrs. Moore
when the campaign is on.

Someone asked
about the old legal troubles of Mrs. Moore's husband. Tax issues. True, but irrelevant. Mrs. Moore did not
raise her husband from childhood. Which brings us to Curry's son, who was raised from childhood by Tim, and has had
much more recent legal troubles of his own. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree, eh? Finally, Mrs. Moore insinuated that there might be a little drinking and driving going on on the
part of Tim and his cronies. Tim got a little excited there, and said he's never been 'charged' with DUI. Notice
he didn't deny having driven drunk, no 'I've never done that', just that he's never been charged
with doing so.
